Guess what I attempted to make last night for dinner? Yep!
Your recipe was wonderful. I didn’t have cardamom though. I thought I bought it, but instead I bought caraway seeds… So, I skipped the cardamom. I also added more tomatoes because I only had a big can, but it still turned out great. I did add some chicken and cauliflower.
I would love to get a recipe for Chicken Tikki Masala, although they usually add the tandoori style chicken to the sauce. And I would love to attempt to make naan. Thanks for the cooking inspiration Tracy! You are the best.

Jen, I have a Tikka Masala recipe- I’ll send it your way! (oh, and you HAVE to get some cardamom- it’s the unknown secret ingredient that makes it sing!)

I should have known that cardamom would have made the dish!
Thanks so much and look forward to trying the Tikka dish.
